每堂課皆有主要目標（商務英文、生活會話、雅思等），並以提升「英文口說流暢度」為核心，針對學生的表達進行「文法」與「發音」的訂正，同時補充「常見用法」與「臺灣學習者常見錯誤」，協助學生用更自然、道地的方式表達想法。（ 購買課程後，會收到 Google 預訂表單，未來將使用此表單訂課 ➡️ Google meet / Zoom 上課 ）我是 Rose，擁有十年以上教學經驗，曾於台灣體制內學校與升學補習班任教，也從事課程設計、教師培訓與教學團隊指導。目前於外商半導體產業從事人才與領導力發展（Talent & Leadership Development）。長期在升學與檢定體系中教學，讓我很熟悉台灣學生常見的學習痛點——文法、單字都會，真正要開口時卻說不出來。我的專長涵蓋升學考試與各類英語檢定，包括 TOEIC、GEPT、IELTS；同時也長期協助上班族、工程師與科技業工作者改善職場英語表達，包含會議、簡報、跨國溝通、面試與職涯轉換。除了上班族與科技人之外，我也會依照自營商與企業主的實際需求設計客製化課程，內容可以從日常口說、海外出差、展會交流，一路延伸到產品介紹、商務溝通與談判。課程不套固定模板，而是根據實際工作情境、使用頻率與溝通目標來設計。我的教學重視清楚的邏輯架構與真實使用情境。除了語言本身，我也在意學習者能不能把想法整理清楚、知道自己要表達什麼，並在需要使用英文的時候真正說得出來。我深信：方向比努力更重要。學習不一定要一直增加內容或投入更多時間，有時候更重要的是找出真正的卡點，調整方法。無論你想提升會議與簡報表達、準備升學與檢定、規劃轉職，或需要一套真正符合工作與商業需求的英語課程，都可以一起找到更適合你的學習方式。Hi, I’m Rose, an English educator with over 10 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, teacher training, and instructional coaching. I have taught in Taiwan’s formal school system and competitive exam-preparation institutes, and I currently work in Talent & Leadership Development in the semiconductor industry.Years of working with students in academic and test-preparation settings have given me a clear understanding of a common challenge among Taiwanese learners: they may know the grammar and vocabulary, but still struggle to speak when they actually need to use English.My expertise includes academic entrance exams and proficiency tests such as TOEIC, GEPT, and IELTS. I also work extensively with professionals, engineers, and people in the tech industry who want to improve their English for meetings, presentations, cross-cultural communication, interviews, and career transitions.I also design customized English programs for business owners and self-employed professionals. Depending on their needs, the training may cover everyday conversation, business travel, trade shows, product introductions, client communication, and negotiation. Rather than following a fixed syllabus, I build the course around the situations they actually encounter and the communication tasks they need to handle.My lessons combine structured thinking with realistic professional contexts. I focus not only on language accuracy and fluency, but also on helping learners organize their ideas clearly and communicate with greater confidence when it matters.I believe direction matters more than effort.Learning does not always mean studying more.
